#FF VBXTarget is finally here!

Yes this awaited collaboration is finally here and I have pictures and prices of some of my already favorite picks! Her collection includes Womens (Plus sizes too!), Girls, Toddler, and Baby.

I do not even think I have to explain how Victoria Beckham is a fashion icon in her own right! Many must remember her music career as Spice Girls’ Posh Spice but she has long branched off from that field once she became a fashion designer. She actually started back in 2008 and since 2010 has become a NYFW fixture!

TBH I do not like everything she wears all the time but in general, I do like her style. Only thing I regret are the prices of her clothing line so naturally I was thrilled to hear that she was collaborating with Target! I wrote about it last year in October :) read it here.

But finally the day has come where I can see the prices of her pieces and I want to share it with you:

One of my immediate favorites was the gingham set which I personally loove and have to have :)

The top is $30 and the pant is $30, totaling to just $60! (Plus sizes are also available and at same prices!)

Being a fan of peplum myself I automatically picked out this jacket and for just $35, I liked it even more!

I am a huge fan of black but once the weather gets warmer and we reach Spring and Summer, I wear lighter clothes :) and Victoria’s collection also offers that. This marigold colored top is beautiful and with the $26 tag price, it should make it to my closet soon lol

I also love this orange romper here costing just $35, I see myself wearing this romper this Summer!

This striped poplin dress also looks like a great new classic type of dress, priced at just $35

Here are also adorable pieces for girls and toddlers: (she also has for babies) I absolutely love the gingham suit for little girls! The color is also too cute. (The set totals out to just $20!) The collared dress to the right is also cute, chic, and available in women! (They also have this dress in a beautiful blush pink color, each for $25)

You can see her other pieces here. Unfortunately we just have to wait a little more, until April 9th to make these pieces your own. I am thinking that this collection is going to sell out fast so best of luck shopping!

Happy Shopping

#FF Beckham for Target

Yes I am happy to find out that Victoria Beckham is collaborating with Target! Her collection is said to reflect the essence of Victoria’s other line, Victoria Victoria Beckham.

“For a while now, I have been thinking how great it would be to work on clothes for a customer that either doesn’t want to pay or can’t pay designer prices,” Beckham said in statement. “I loved the idea of opening the brand up to a wider audience and being able to share my vision with a broader customer base.”

In her limited edition spring collection, you will find more than 200 items like easy-to-wear dresses rompers, tops and bottoms, not just for women but for kids and babies too.

“Designing for children is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, so I was incredibly excited to be able to incorporate childrenswear into this collection.”

One of the best things about this collection is the price range of her collection, just $6 – $70! They will be offering sizes from XS – 3X for women and sizes NB – XL for girls and baby. The Victoria Beckham for Target will be available this Spring, April 9th – April 30th!

Artistic Nail Design

Artistic Nail Design were inspired by the film, “The Huntsman Winter’s War” that just came out in theaters on the 22nd. Just in time for Spring, this is part of their Spring 2016 Collection.

What makes this collection so unique is their Frost Coat Top Coat that you can pair with the other colors in the collection leaving a beautiful finish!

#FashionFridays Puffy Sleeves

Runways went Old English with this trend. Not so surprising looking at how sophisticated these puffed/bell sleeves look. These were seen before on the runways from Simone Rocha, to Erdem and J.W. Anderson.

I was not sure about sharing this trend because at first look it didn’t attract me as much but when I gave it a second look I am thinking of maybe trying this trend with at least one dressy shirt.

Some affordable finds are

The Limited, $50
H&M Bodysuit, $35

#ThrowbackThursday 90s trend!

Fashion has been having a throwback feel to the 90s with the comeback slip dresses (refer to past post) and now with a more casual, comfortable look!

Think Aaliyah with the crop tops and baggy jeans and snapback hats! (Don’t forget the bomber too!) Take out them boyfriend jeans and crop tops with bright colors like red an d white and colors we already talked about like the red and blue in the past post of ‘Stripes’ (Just noticed that I just mentioned the colors of my flag! 🇪🇨)

One of my favorite parts of this trend is that you don’t really have to purchase anything new, you can put an outfit together out of what you already have in your closet!

But if you do need a little refresher below are a few items that I found All to be under $20!

Crop tops

Boyfriend jeans

The Statement Spring Jacket

And no I don’t mean the khaki trench coat, which don’t get me wrong is a great classic that everyone uses to this day! But in the moment of trying something new why don’t you try a new, statement jacket?!

What makes a jacket, a statement jacket? A jacket that pops! A colorful and/or, depending only your preference, textured jacket.

One type that caught my eye was what they call a car coat like this one…However this one is from the brand, Sam & Lavi for $345. So you know what I do, look for one that resembles the same but cheaper price but good quality!

Sam & Lavi, $345

Like how about this bright one from Anne Klein for a little less (Just look at how it is worn! Definitely an outfit I would’ve styled!):

                                                                Anne Klein, $111

And how about this adorable one from Forever 21 for just $40!

How about putting a little twist to an already great classic? Play it up by adding some chic (not girly) floral design like this one below:

Who What Wear X Target

Add a feminine twist to a utility jacket and this one you can find at Target for just $40!

And one of my favorites at one moment in time, the cape coat! Thanks to Ms Olivia Pope there was a moment, I was into cape coats lol (I actually have a couple on sale, in great condition, just message me for more info!)

Ellsworth & Ivey, $298
